Introduction to Compensation Workbench
A two day Intensive course - £715 (excl vat)
The introduction to Compensation Workbench course will guide delegates through a typical implementation of Compensation Workbench (CWB) in Oracle HRMS Release 12. The course will provide a thorough understanding of the core CWB configuration and instruction on the full life-cycle of a CWB project, including requirements gathering, high level design, HRMS and System Administration configuration, user training, testing and cut-over.
Course delegates will be able to perform and end to end implementation of a standard Salary and Bonus Review. They will also have sufficient appreciation of the functionality to adapt the configuration to fit their own clients requirements.
The course is aimed at Oracle HRMS functional and technical consultants with existing experience of Human Resources or Payroll who wish to broaden their skills base.
