Implementing Oracle HR Release 12

This training course is aimed at anyone, functional and technical alike, who requires to understand the basic principles of implementing Oracle HRMS.
The course is aimed at implementation consultants who wish to learn Oracle HRMS from scratch, and also those who already are familiar with Oracle Applications, and wish to extend their knowledge into the functionality that Oracle HRMS can provide.
This course will deliver an understanding of the core functionality of Oracle HRMS, as well as explaining the modules that comprise Oracle HRMS and how they connect together.
This course will also explain and illustrate the underlying database structures. This technical understanding is unique and provides the learner with a well rounded understanding of the application functionality.
